Complete the Recruiting Orientation Requirement on Blackboard

For full, interactive access to eRecruiting or to participate in on-campus recruiting at Duke University, all students must complete Recruiting Orientation.

**ATTENTION FIRST YEAR AND TRANSFER STUDENTS - Your access to eRecruiting will be granted on August 15th. After the 15th, please make sure to complete the Recruiting Orientation and quiz on Blackboard in order to receive interactive access.

To begin, please follow the steps below:

1. Please log in to Blackboard
   
2. Click on “Login”
3. Click on “Please click here to login” or the picture of a door that says login at the top of the page.
4. Enter your NetID and password
5. Click on the “Organizations” tab
6. Type “Career Center” in the Organization Search box.
7. When the Career Center comes up, click on the “Enroll” button on the right.
8. Click on the OCR Orientation tab in the left menu bar.
9. Review the Recruiting Orientation presentation.
   
10. Finally, complete the “On-Campus Recruiting Orientation Quiz”

Students answering at least nine out of twelve questions correct will be granted interactive access to eRecruiting within one business day of completing the quiz. Please plan accordingly to ensure you are able to submit resumes for an application deadline.
