Pathways of Duke in conjunction with campus ministers and servant-leaders at Duke and in the local, national and international communities, educate students about the nature of Christian vocation and provide resources and information on vocational opportunities and experiences today. Through lectures, retreats, and other more sustained educational settings, we invite, support and encourage Duke students to consider their lives in the light of the distinct vocational activity of God.

PathWays Lilly Fellows are placed in  a variety of position within
non-profit or ministry settings based on their gifts and passions while living together in an intentional Christian setting at the PathWays House located in Durham's West End neighborhood.  The Fellowship year is designed for recent Duke graduates to explore vocations and deepen their faith through spiritual direction and support from the staff and faculty of Duke Chapel.
