Mock Interviews

Behavior-based mock interviews are available to students and alumni seeking to experience a simulated employment interview.  Prior to setting up a Mock Interview,  meet with a Career Counselor to discuss interviewing strategies and tips and do some prep work for the Mock Interview.  To set up this meeting, stop in or call the Career Center 919.660.1050. 

Please plan in advance—during peak times career counselors’ calendars fill quickly.

The Mock Interview
• Mock interviews generally last one hour and will include a pre- and post-interview discussion and critique.
• Dress in professional interview attire.
• Arrive early (at least 10 minutes).
• Bring an extra copy of your resume.
