The R. Scott Hitt Foundation provides grant funding for college and post-graduate students to receive compensation for skill-building internships at pro-LGBT 501(c) non-profit organizations. [more information]

A Social/Professional Networking site has LGBT Professional Networking Groups that registered users can join.
Human Rights Campaign -- Workplace Issues
The HRC has a page devoted to workplace issues and resources, including employer benefits, diversity programs, and information on equal opportunity employers. There is also a place to sign up for an electronic newsletter, via email. Also check out the Corporate Equality Index, ranking employers based on their policies and practices related to the LGBT community.
Out for Work
A site for preparing LGBT college students for work, as they transition out of college life. Also connects students to other resources, and provides LGBT students with advice and other opportunities.
Lambda Legal -- Employment & Workplace Rights
Lambda Legal works to defend in court LGBT people facing discrimination. Lambda Legal is the oldest and largest firm of it's kind, continuously growing and serving as a legal resource for the LGBT community.
The Consortium of Higher Education
The Consortium, dedicated to LGBT professional resources, has a page devoted entirely to job listings.
Out and Equal
An advocacy organization offering training on best practices on LGBT rights in the workplace, an annual summit, a portal to connect LGBT-friendly employers, and other resources.
GLBT Workplace
A great source for learning, sharing and discussing LGBT workplace issues and best-known methods.
GLP Careers
This is a job search engine, devoted entirely LGBT-friendly jobs and employers. Also includes a newsletter.
