Previously, Kirsten served as the Career Advisor for the Master of Engineering Management Program at Duke's Pratt School of Engineering and was the Director of Career Services for DeVry University’s Washington D.C. metropolitan.  She has also co-authored a textbook focusing on career development topics to be released in 2007.  In her free time Kirsten teaches courses on career development at local universities and volunteers with collegiate women’s organizations.  She also loves traveling with her husband and spending quality time with her daughter.  Kirsten received her MBA in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management in 2006.  She also holds a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from California State University, Hayward.
