Jennifer grew up just outside of Washington, D.C. and attended the University of Maryland at College Park where she received her Bachelor’s degree in psychology in 2002.  After studying abroad in Europe her junior year, she fell in love with traveling and meeting new people.  Upon graduation, she moved to Southern California where she lived at the beach and worked at UCLA’s Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior.  There, she coordinated a national brain surgery study and administered clinical programs in the Department of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry for 3.5 years.  She then went back to graduate school at UCLA and completed her internship at UCLA’s Career Center.  Jennifer received her Master’s degree in Higher Education/Counseling in Student Affairs from UCLA in 2007.

In her spare time Jennifer loves to travel, hike, do yoga and attempt to cook.
