Duke eRecruiting

Duke eRecruiting is Duke’s new online system designed to better serve Duke undergraduate and graduate students with increased efficiency and ease of use. Eligible users of the Duke eRecruiting online recuiting system are students of the Trinity College of Arts and Sciences, the Pratt School of Engineering, the Graduate School, the Divinity School, and the Nicholas School of the Environment.

Please Note:

  • Duke undergraduate and graduate students already have an account in Duke eRecruiting and may begin using the system immediately.
  • Students who have not previous attended a Recruiting Orientation will have "browse only" status in Duke eRecruiting until those students attend an orientation (see below for more details).

What you need to know:
* If you are a previous BlueDevilTRAK user, the documents (i.e. resumes, cover letter, transcripts) will not transfer automatically to the new system
* You already have an account in Duke eRecruiting but if you wish to use the same documents you used in BlueDevilTRAK, you will need to upload your documents on or before or on September 1, 2006
* If you have previously attended a Recruiting Orientation you will have full access in Duke eRecruiting. If you have not attended a Recruiting Orientation, you must do so in order to gain full access in Duke eRecruiting . You will have "browse only" status (meaning you can not view employer contacts or submit your resume) until you attend an orientation. View our Event Calendar, on the left navigation bar, for Recruiting Orientation dates and locations.

2006-2007 On-Campus Recruiting Policy

***Orientation Required for All Students interested in participating in On-Campus Interviewing***
Attendance at a recruiting orientation session is required in order to gain full access to Duke eRecruiting. Attendance is mandatory only for new users; if you attended a session last year, you do not need to attend again this year. We have a record of students that have previously attended and your access will be transferred to the new recruiting system for the Fall. If you have any problems, please contact the Career Center at DukeRecruiting@studentaffairs.duke.edu.

Please review the policies for both employers and students before participating in on-campus recruiting.
Note: The Duke University Career Center has established relationships with third party vendors such as Experience to provide a broad range of career information and job postings for Duke students and alumni. Keep in mind that these vendors are neither part of nor controlled by Duke University. The University cannot be held responsible for the security or confidentiality of the information you provide to Experience or any other vendor. We encourage you to review the privacy agreement for Experience prior to submitting personal information.
