On-Campus Recruiting
Duke University has a number of employers that come to campus to interview students for full-time and internship opportunities. Students are encouraged to take advantage of these opportunities by participating in the on-campus recruiting process. The process includes the following steps.
1. Attend the required Recruiting Orientation workshop sponsored by the Career Center. For a schedule of workshops, click the link below.
2. Review your resume and cover letters with the Career Center. Meet with a career counselor if you haven’t already.
3. Create an account on Duke eRecruiting by following these steps:
* Click on "Undergraduate Get Password" if you are a new user
* You will be prompted to enter your NetID and password
* Your user name and password will appear in the next screen, so please make a note of it. Do not copy and paste your password as this doesn't work.
* If you have any questions, please call the Career Center at 919-660-1050
4. Review recruiting events in Duke eRecruiting, the Career Center webpage, Career email lists and The Chronicle.
5. Attend employer information sessions.
6. Submit resumes and cover letters for positions of interest in Duke eRecruiting.
7. Hear from employers if you are pre-selected for an interview.
8. Sign up for interviews.
9. Interview with employers.
