Information Sessions

Information Sessions are valuable channels for employers to promote their organization and employment opportunities.

Registration for Information Sessions for the Spring 2010 Duke Recruiting Season will begin at 9:00am on Friday, October 16.

Information Session Policies

  • Information Session date and times must be booked with the Career Center before reserving a venue.
  • Do not change your date and time unless approved by the Career Center.
  • The Career Center must be notified after you book the venue to minimize the number of event scheduling conflicts.
  • The maximum time of an information session is 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Reserving a Date and Time

To request a date and time for an information session, please complete the online form.  ***Link will not be live until Friday, October 16.

Booking the Venue

Within five (5) business days of processing the online request, you will receive an available date and time.  After receiving this date you will be able book your session with the venue of your choice. Please note - receipt of a date does not guarantee the availabilty of that particular venue, as these locations are not managed through the Career Center.

To notify the Career Center of your reservation, please email Nicolette Brion at nicolette.brion@duke.edu or contact us at 919-660-1053. Please include venue name and/or room name, date, time, and target student population.
