Interviewing Logistics
When preparing for your trip to Duke to interview, please keep the following things in mind:- You should arrive at the Career Center at least 30 minutes before your first scheduled interview. Directions to the Career Center
- Parking is available in the Bryan Center parking deck located on Science Drive. If an event is taking place when you arrive, tell the guard you are a recruiter interviewing at that Career Center in the Page Building. Arrangements have been made with Parking Services for recruiters.
- When you arrive, please proceed to the Career Center interview suite located on the lower level of Page Building (03 Page). Duke Career Center staff will be available to escort you to your interview room.
- Interviews at the Career Center begin at 8:30 am and conclude by 5:00 pm. If you require additional interviewing times before 8:30 am or after 5:00 pm, please email Nicolette Brion or contact 919-660-1053 in advance so we can adjust your schedule accordingly. It is important to notify our office prior to the pre-select signup period.
- At the conclusion of your day, if you plan to use a taxicab to return to your hotel or the airport, ask to be picked up at the Bryan Center traffic circle which is located off of Science Drive. Usually, taxi companies need a 30 minute notification to Raleigh-Durham International Airport. Due to the security check-in, you should arrive at the airport at least an hour before your flight.
