Scheduling On-Campus Interviews

The Duke University Spring Recruiting Season will begin on January 19, 2010, with information sessions. On-campus interviews will be held from February 3 - April 2.  Requests for information sessions and on-campus interviews will begin on Friday, October 16 at 9:00am.

On-Campus Interviews:

  • Request interview dates and times.
  • ***Link will not be live until Friday, October 16.
  • Please remember that reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • You will be given five (5) date preferences (key dates for Duke listed below).
  • Nicolette Brion will confirm dates by email within five (5) business days.
  

Information Sessions:

    You MUST email your confirmed venue space to ensure your company is on our calendar.

    Key Dates / Spring Recruiting Schedule, 2010

    January 13th           Classes begin
    January 19th           Employer information sessions begin
    January 21st           Diversity Dinner
                   (No on-campus interviews or presentations)
    January 22nd          Career and Summer Opportunities Fair 
                   (No on-campus interviews or presentations)
    February 3rd           On-campus interviews begin
    March 8th - 12th     Spring Break
                    (No on-campus interviews or presentations)
    April 2nd                On-campus interviews end
    April 28th               Last Day of Fall Classes

    Important: Duke University uses a segmented interview calendar based on employer industry.
    Please schedule during the following weeks for your industry:

    • Banking/Financial Services/Consulting: February 3rd - February 19th
          (Off-campus second-rounds: Beginning February 17th)
    • Technology/Engineering: February 22nd - March 5th
          (Off-campus second-rounds: March 8th)
    • Education/Non-profit and Unspecified Industries: March 15th - March 26th
          (Off-campus second-rounds: Beginning March 29th)
