Transitioning to the Real World Of Work


Leaving college?  Ready to embark on your first job? The transition from campus to career is often a daunting exercise for new graduates – even if you have had a number of internships during your college experience.  Being an employee is quite different from being a student at work.  The issues that present to new employees – right out of college – are real indeed – but so is the job!  To prepare for this transition, we have listed a number of print and web materials as suggested reading.
